CENTRE VETERINARI CELRÀ (hereinafter collectively and indistinctly referred to as "CVR", "we", "our" or "us"), is a veterinary centre.

This Privacy Policy of our website https://centreveterinaricelra.com (hereinafter, the "website"), regulates the protection of personal data, both of our visitors and of any other interested parties who provide us with information through it, the information of which is processed by CVR as part of the provision of services (hereinafter and collectively, "you" or the "user" and, in the plural, "you" or the "users"). In this regard, CVR is committed to the processing of your data in accordance with (i) REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, as well as (ii) Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you about the processing of your personal data during your relationship with CVR and after the termination of this.

In this regard, CVR informs of its Privacy Policy, with the aim of making users aware of the processing of their data, as well as the fundamental principles on personal data protection that it applies. Nevertheless, certain services provided or that may be provided in the future on the website may contain specific terms of use with provisions regarding personal data protection that prevail over this Privacy Policy.

In any case, at the moment the user exercises their right to erasure, all personal data linked to their account, as well as the information and content integrated into their profile, will be cancelled. Likewise, if the user exercises the right to erasure over the data necessary for CVR to provide the services of the website, CVR will be obliged to terminate its relationship with the user, proceeding to unsubscribe them, without the right to any claim from them.

4. In what cases do we collect personal data about you and what type are they?
